Three months; 72 pounds!

I am three months post-op and have lost 72 pounds! Is this about right? I still have issues with eating and I am certainly not getting in enough water. Overall, I am very happy with the decision I've made and hope to lose about 30 more pounds! J.J.

That is great JJ!!!!!Everyone loses differently, I think I am a slow loser, I have lost about 75-80 pounds since surgery, but I lost 30 pounds just before surgery too, I am 6 months post op...I think you are on the right track..Congratulations!! Vanessa

Sounds fantastic to me!! I went to see Dr Barker yesterday for the first time and was very impressed. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts about him and how your surgery went. I am trying for a lapband to RNY revision. (my band never worked). Thanks Steph

Yep, that's about right. I lost 70lbs in my first three months then last month I only lost 5lbs so I am slowing down! But everyone says it happens and will pick back up. Sounds like you are doing a great job, keep it up!! Congrats!! Jamie
