Good Morning,   Tonight is our last baseball game for the season.  It has been a demanding season, but a lot of fun.  I got the slide show finished and burned all the CD’s last night and am now working on burning CD’s of all the photos I took to give to our team parents.  On another front that has been happing the week – well actually for the last few months off and on is that a company has been courting my DW to come work for them.  She was not interested in leaving the company that she presently works for and kept putting them off.  They were persistent and she finally gave in and interviewed with them.  She figured that they would make an offer that she might be able to use to help herself get prompted at her present company.  Well they offered a package that neither of us imagined.  One of her concerns was that she was going to be making more than me.  I quickly put that one item to rest.  I told her that I did not mind at all of being a kept man.  So looks like she will be going to a new job.  The biggest disadvantage is that she will not be working here in town, but driving up the road towards Dallas .  It has always been a comfort to be close to the kids while they are in school or after school programs.  So anyway we have had that going on.   Great to see Ms. Q climb aboard and give us an update.  Rocky road but so many blessings.    Ms. Alissa you know that Chris is going to have a great time at the science camps.  I am so sorry but it is time for me to jet out the door.  Prayers for Mr. Tom and Ms. Q  Prayers for Ms. Danni  Prayers for Robin F’s brother   Prayers for Ms. Michelle’s #2 son  Prayers for Ms. Jo Ann   I know there are others that I need to add to our prayer list – Good thing God knows who they are.   Traveling prayers for the three T’s – Terry Ann, Tanya and Toni – Also for us as we head for Oklahoma .   RCC car for Ms. Brandi  Vits going in – putting on walking shoes – starting on liquids.   Ms. Karen - I guess give these girls some dancing music to warm them up for Saturday night - sounds like they are going to be getting there groove on. Ms. Susan - put on your cheerleading outfit and cheer us on. Hope to hear from Ms. Dana soon - sure miss our cajun gal. Allllllllllllllllll Aboooooooaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrddddd!!!!!!!!!! Good morning!! Jumping aboard real quick. I tried to climb aboard yerterday, but the Starbucks I managed to jet into didn't have their wireless working..grrr...I read thru the posts real quick-will respond as time allows today-going to try to get to MY Starbucks. Work has been pretty stressful, as ALL work can be sometimes, but I'm still doing pretty well, stress/food wise. I bought jerky, broth, etc, and keep it stashed in one of my pt's closets, so I have no excuse to hit the vending machine (AND-I take no money in with me). I'm still not drinking enough water, but I'm not going to give up! I'm truly looking forward to tomoorw night-TRACEY-do you truly want to "slumber party"? I might could be talked into it...Briefly got to read QUE's post-love you girl!!! SHERRY-so sorry about your granny-I still miss mine more than anything..Oops-out of time-as always! LOVE ALL OF YOU!!

This is a song that I remember from my childhood - it was from an old movie with Frank Sinatra and I think Ron Howard was the kid in the movie.  I ran across the lyrics and thought it was a good sentiment for a Friday!!! Now, as far as me moving and grooving to it.....well, let's just say I'm not the most talented singer OR dancer  but I have fun doing it!!! We will call from the road tomorrow.......give you updates on the 3 - T's!!! As Willie sang "on the road again...just can't wait to get on the road again..."

I love old movies.  What was the name of this one so I can add it to my Blockbuster Queue??  Frank and baby Ronny Howard would be a great movie!!!    But, I have to tell you, when I think of that song it reminds me of Laverne and Shirley. Shirley would always sing it with these corny movements....it was hysterical!!!   Anywho, it IS a great song for us WLS people though....after all, if that ant can move a rubber tree plant, surely we can do this!!!  Right?  RIGHT!!!!  (K...putting the pom poms back down....) PLEASE call me from the road with updates!  That would be sooo much fun!!  I could "go" with you that way!!!  Tooooo cool!!!!!    I would looooovvvvvveeeeeeee it!!!!   Susan
