If you get in trouble on your way. I live in Dumas, Texas. Everyone ALWAYS has to go through here on their way to Colorado. The highways all meet up here.

when my DD lived in Colorado Springs we always stopped in Dumas on the way up since it was the halfway point!

I always seemed to enjoy the drive from Amarillo to Dumas so much... those long rolling hills I guess.....

Vonda...my nephew and niece live in Dumas. They moved there a year ago in August. My nephew works for a cattle/meat place. He has an ag degree. My niece in law is a physician's assistant working there in Dumas. Their names are Trace and Jenna Ulrich. I haven't seen them since their wedding last August in El Paso. They didn't even come home for Christmas. My sister in law has gone up there a few times this year. You're a LONG way from here (East Texas)! Karla

Alissa, I am from CO and in fact Colorado Springs. Since you are there, also try the shops and food in Manitu Springs (it is on the way to Pike's Peak) Let me know if you want to know the best food and shops!!!! I am so envious!!! Hugs, Tanya

Good Morning, TMB I'm in the RCC this morning - that tooth that was giving me hell last week ended up being cracked thru and thru so, she yanked it and did a bone patch in prep for an implant down the road. I'm back to soft and pureed foods for a couple of days and living on Lortab last nite and today. Lots of res****er, etc after 4 hours in the dentist chair. Robin F: I've had you and the family on my mind - thanks for the update and have FUN in AK!!! Susan: Great job on cheerleading yesterday - I love it when we go over 100 posts - I had fun reading all the posts last nite between Lortab doses!!!! Sara: Hugs and prayers coming your way - I'll get the movies in the RCC ready for us Tanya: DITTO on having a blast in Dallas last weekend - I don't think I can remember talking so much and having such a good time in a while!!! Gina, Karla, Tracey, Charlene and all who promise to come to Galveston: We still have to unpack the LR and OFC and with me down with this tooth and then knee surgery next week it's slow go BUT we will get it done so y'all can come visit, I PROMISE!!! The Lortab is kicking in so, it's time for a nap - GINA Cajun Girl - Good to see you post yesterday!!!! Prayers for all who need 'em and hugs too
