Wednesday - WLS EXPRESS

Good morning everyone,

I'm with everyone else.  I am soooo tired today.  I would love to just go back home and sleep a few more hours.  Yesterday was a long day.  I worked until 1:30 then took Britt to the oral surgeon.  She will be having her wisdom teeth out very soon but their computers were down so they couldn't give me the total cost or set the date yet.  I requested the 25th or 26th of this month. 

Extra prayers going up right now as Sara should be going into surgery as I type.  I know she will do fine, I just hope she realizes she shouldn't even try to make the big Grand Opening party for work tomorrow.  She's stubborn enough, she will probably try to go.

Morning Annette!! Sorry to hear you didn't get enough ZZZzzzzz's last nite too!  What's up with everyone being so tired this morning?  I'm feeling really guilty because I slept GREAT last night.... Hope you have a great day....and that when you get the estimate from the Oral Surgeon it's not toooooo bad. 

Annette, I say we ALL just go back to bed for the rest of the day!!  I hope your boss is doing OK.

I like the way you think Sharyn!!  I woke up early this morning and now I need a   Maybe after the realtor leaves I can catch some ZZZzzzz's....  Sounds like a good plan.  Now if only it will happen.  With my luck someone will want to come in and buy my house....   Now I'm really dreaming!!!

Good morning.  Looks like a really long train yesterday.  I enjoyed looking at all the pictures from the Dallas weekend.  You did a great job Tanya.  Today is my first day off work.  I usually would just lay around the first day,  but have a lot to do.  I have to take Ben to his athletic work out this morning, mow, and week the flower beds.  He's going to clean inside the house.  He cut his heel this weekend on a rock in the river (because he took off his water shoes...idiot!) and it's really sore.  I'm making him go to his work out today.  I also have to pack up my scrapbooking stuff to go scrap Thurs. and Fri. at our school's AEP.  My good friend is the AEP principal, so we spread out on tables there and have plenty of room to scrap.  I have to start at last Fall's football season and work my way to now! Sara...hope the gallbladder surgery is going well for you.  You'll be up and around before you know it, causing more TROUBLE! Terry Ann...hope your mouth heals quickly.  I know that has to hurt.   Tanya...great pictures from Dallas.  Looks like ya'll had a blast! Good morning Karla!! Awwwwww..come on....take the day and be lazy!!!  It's your first day of vacation.  You deserve a break today - just don't go to McDonald's!!     Enjoy your scrapbooking get together that's coming up.  I really need to get busy with doing some myself. I've been wanting to get into it and for Christmas my hubby bought me a great scrapbook and things to get started....and I've done very little...picked out a few pictures to put in it...and sort of have a theme going...but that's it.  Any tips you want to share with a beginner???  I'm all ears! Enjoy your day - especially working out in the yard.  Take water with you!!  We don't want to hear you ended up in the ER due to dehydration!!!

Thanks Susan!  I worked like a dog in the yard today, but it looks much better.  I was done by 3:30 this afternoon.  I drank plenty of liquids, and actually did go to McDonald's and got an ice cream cone this afternoon when Ben had a hair cut.  To get started scrapbooking, get you a scrap magazine or two and copy...I do that a lot of times.  You'll find you start out simple and learn from there.  I don't get too elaborate w/ my pages.  Their not exactly works of art.  I love looking back at my books. Wow....you can tolerate McD's??  I everytime I go there...so I've finally given up. I don't think I'll ever eat there again.  Not a big loss to me.  I still take the kids there - drive thru only - and then we head off to somewhere that I can eat to pick up my food.  OR I just go home and have a protein bar.  LOL Great job getting the yard in shape.  Wanna come help me with mine?  My realtor came by today to "look at that backyard."  It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  We agreed that I need to get some grass seed and get the grass growing again in spots and that some potted plants would make both the back and front more attractive.  Now my problem is what to do with them when I move?  I don't really see me taking about 10 potted plants from OUTSIDE along with the ones from INSIDE all the way to VA....and I really don't wanna leave them for people who might not love them....so I'm in a quandry on that.  Anyone want some slightly used plants when my house sells?    The good news was, she doesn't think pulling my shed down will be of any benefit, so I can keep it!!!  Yahoo!!!!!! Thanks for the scrapbooking tips.  I need to go get some magazines...and some more paper...and other "stuff"...I have several ideas in mind of what/how I want to do my books....  I am planning one for our wedding, one each for the boys and then a "family" one....  Not ambitious at all, am I??  Have a good evening.  Hope you aren't sore tomorrow from all the yard work today!!

The mouth is ever so much better this afternoon -of course, all I've done is sleep and take my meds today   I'll be back at work tomorrow!!

Good morning... Let's start with David...hope you don't get sunburned at your meeting...like you say, tough job but somebody has to do it. Karla, I scrapbooked my entire daughter's life from birth to 7th grade in one year and haven't touched it since.  She's now in college... bad mommy. What's with the dental thing?  Hope it's not like drinking the water...Terry Ann don't talk to Sara while you're under the influence, no telling what you two might talk about! Alissa, I am so jealous, Colorado sounds great compared to Texas in the summer. Gina, watch out girl!!   Tighten that seat belt as you teach him to drive.  My daughter hit a barrel and knocked the side mirror off the car when I was teaching her.  Then my DH went to the junk yard and bought a blue one to replace it with- the car was black!!  In his mind it was close enough.  What are you gonna do, he does take out the trash. My daughter and I are out for another day of shopping.  (We just wormed the dogs and don't want to be home to see the results.) Hugs and kisses to Sara and Terry Ann and anyone else in the RCC.
