Good Morning,   Tonight is the big fireworks show, if the rain does not ruin it for us.  I got a e-mail yesterday from the Chamber of Commerce saying that if it does get rained out that it would be rescheduled for Thursday, July 5th.   For those that are coming my digits for my cell are 972-754-1077 .   My address is

527 South 3rd Street, Midlothain, TX
.  Just Google this and it does a pretty good job on the directions.  If you are coming in from Fort Worth it will bring you in on the new 287 loop – take the 14th, FFM663 exit turning left across the bridge.  Head on down FFM 663 until the light.  Turn left at the light (there is some construction at the school, but no big) onto Walter Stephens.  Go straight to the 4 way stop.  Go straight through for 2 blocks turn right onto
South 3rd St
.  Go two blocks to my address.  I will be on the left.  I have a flag pole in front yard and will have some safety cones at the end of my drive way.  If you get to Midlothian and need some help to my house call me and I will talk you in.   As far as what to bring.  This is BYOE – Bring Your Own Everything – if you want something to sit on, chair, blanket – bring it.  Want something to drink – bring it.  Though Shelia and I do not care if you bring adult beverages – we do not encourage it.  This is a family friendly event.  I have been telling everyone that I will provide the yard and restroom.   Some folks start showing up as early as around 6 – 6:30 for the fellowship and just hanging out.  The show is scheduled for around   Of course this is all depending on the weather.   Ms. Tracey I left you a voice mail yesterday.  If that does not answer your question, please call me.   Going to make this short today.   Prayers for Mr. Tom and Ms. Q  Prayers for my sister Ms. Tracey  Prayers for Sharyn’s mom.  Prayer for Ms. Terry Ann.   Prayers for Ms. Debbie T   Prayers for Ms. Danni.  Prayers Ms. Donna K   Prayers for Ms. Alissa’s son  Prayers for Carmen  Prayers for Beth  Prayers Denise  Prayers for Robin F’s brother.   Prayers for Jo Ann.   RCC car hooked up Ms. Karen - Thanks for the two-fer yesterday. Ms Susan - You are still the sunshine girl here - pom poms or not.  Thanks for brighting up the train.  Now how about some pom poms today. Vits in - putting on walking shoes - starting on liquids Allllllllllllllllllllllllllllll Aboooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrddd!!! David 424/370/221/212

Good Morning Train Man! WOOOHOOOO for the day before a holiday!  Here's a little music to get us all moving!  If you don't know the song, then I'm in shock and awe!

On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair  Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air  Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light  My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim  I had to stop for the night  There she stood in the doorway;  I heard the mission bell  And I was thinking to myself,  'This could be Heaven or this could be Hell'  Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way  There were voices down the corridor,  I thought I heard them say...

Welcome to the Hotel California  Such a lovely place  Such a lovely face  Plenty of room at the Hotel California  Any time of year, you can find it here  Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes bends  She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys, that she calls friends  How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat.  Some dance to remember, some dance to forget  So I called up the Captain,  'Please bring me my wine'  He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here since nineteen sixty nine'  And still those voices are calling from far away,  Wake you up in the middle of the night

Just to hear them say...  Welcome to the Hotel California  Such a lovely place  Such a lovely face  They livin' it up at the Hotel California  What a nice surprise, bring your alibis

Mirrors on the ceiling,  The pink champagne on ice  And she said 'We are all just prisoners here, of our own device'  And in the master's chambers,  They gathered for the feast  The stab it with their steely knives,  But they just can't kill the beast

Last thing I remember, I was  Running for the door  I had to find the passage back  To the place I was before  'Relax,' said the night man,  We are programmed to receive.  You can checkout any time you like,  but you can never leave! And yes Gina, I know your dog is mad at me!  Ya'll have a great day!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! As much fun as that sounds David I think we're going to stay in tonight. Its too late for Chris to be out. He goes to bed normally at 8:30pm, and I don't want to disrupt his schedule that much. I hope it goes well for you guys and you have fun!!! Don't have much to say today- hope everyone has a great one!

Morning Alissa, How are things with the new apartment?  How are you both settling in?  How is Chris doing?  How do you like having a washer and dryer IN the apartment again?  How many loads of laundry have you managed to do so far?  WTG on the SMALL shorts!!!!  Bet you are walking on air over that still!!!  See what happens when you don't have much to say? Now I have LOTS of questions for you to answer!!!  LOL Have a great day!!

Things are good. The new place doesn't have as much storage as the other place so I'm trying to come up with ways to creatively store things. Chris's room is still a disaster. lol. I took today off and did some errand running, took my parents to lunch, and now I'm sitting here procrastinating going to unpack Chris's room. I LOVE the washer/dryer- have done 4-5 loads. Had to go buy more detergent! lol.  How are things in your world?

I love the storage boxes that have clear drawers that you can store their things (toys, etc) in the closet.  My boys have tons of those with all their toys, games, etc.  Makes it easy for clean up too as each drawer holds certain things....  You can even get them for under the bed.  Might be an idea to increase your storage space.... Glad all is going well for you both!!  Things here are good!!

Good morning David and train riders...quick post before I get ready to leave to visit my husband in Mobile.  We got the bedroom pretty much finished yesterday, thank heavens...I have to put up one more piece of trim when we get back.  We're packed and just have to load after getting ready this morning.  We're taking our house dog, so stops will be limited with the heat outside...guess we don't need a cooked Shih Tzu on our hands...even though Sara could sell us one of her new babies!  Mine isn't tiny like hers, it's a 20 pounder.   Terry Ann...glad your stitches are gone and hope you got your SBUX.  You drink the same thing I do! Susan...praying your house is the chosen one for the out of towners. Danni...hang in there w/ the PB diet.   Hope everyone has a great week...see you next week. Karla
