Any questions I should ask the Dr.?

I am going for my last pre-op appointment tomorrow.  Surgery is scheduled for the 18th (but not set for sure since I might have to switch hospitals). I have been scouring this website and the few other webpages that I have found but want to be sure I ask everything before surgery. Is there anything you suggest asking the dr. about? Are there any other great websites that I can go to for more information? Thanks

The website Sharyn mentioned actually has a form with approx 75 questions to ask your doc.  I printed it and crossed off what I already knew and didn't need to know.  I was left with 8 questions to ask my doc.  I brought them with me and got them all answered.
