OT---Interview at TCH

For the first time in my 13+ years of nursing I have NO feelings for this interview. Usually I know one or the other if they will offer me the job or not. No feelings, no intuitions nothing. That feels so very weird. Also for the first time in 13+ years I wasn't offered a job at the interview. She said they had one more to interview. Not sure if this is a bad thing or a good thing. I believe that things happen for a reason and when they are supposed to happen and even sometimes nothing is supposed to happen. So by the end of next week I will know. Thanks for all the well wishes etc. Robin

Robin, you're right, that is wierd.  I have been a RN for 30 years and I have never not been offered a job on the spot.  I can't imagine them not grabbing you up with 13 years experience.  If all else fails come to Dallas, I'm a L&D nurse and I got connections!!!  Probably she already had an interview set-up with someone else and has to follow through with it.  I will keep you in my prayers.  You're right, if it's meant to be it will happen.

Thanks Stephanie  I left Dallas 3 years ago to move in with my BF. Worked agency there for several hospitals. I do miss Dallas however, it is my home.  You know the lady who interviewed me did say they had one more applicant to interview. Maybe that's it.  I'm not even sure I want the job. I worked at Baylor on Gaston for 3 months. hated it!!! it was so big. TCH is like that so I am ambivilent about it already as it is. Along with the30 min commute. So maybe this is the way it is supposed to be. Thanks. Robin
