Thursday WLS Express

Good morning!!  Woo Hoo it's Thursday and the work week is almost over!!!  Let's get the train going.

Good morning, y'all!  This week sure has flown by.  Yesterday was a totally wasted day at my full time job.  Had a team meeting at 9:30 and then my supervisor sat with me for the rest of the day to see what I do (found out it's a manager thing that all the supervisors sit with their team members to watch and learn).  Anyway...we talked more than I worked. lol  I just love her.  She's my age and overweight.  I pulled up OH and showed her my before pic...she could not even believe it was me.  She's now considering doing something. I told her to call Aetna to see if our co covers the surgery and I would give her Dr. Ganta's card if she wants it.  Feels good to be able to pay it forward like that & without even trying.

So today is my long day--have to be at the p/t job till 9:30 but tomorrow I only have to work 6 hours.  I have an appt for a phone consultation with CCS about my credit card debt.  Supposed to have my budget ready--ha ha.  I sort of have one laid out.  Aren't they supposed to help me do that?  Anyway I do have pay & expenses on pen & paper so we'll go from there.  This is the legit credit counseling service..not one of those companies you have to be careful of.  Need help getting to my goal of debt free and I definately need education.

Anyway...that's it for this morning.  Not so cold today & it's supposed to be 80. Not a cold front in sight on the 8 day forcast.  YIPPEE!!!!  Hope everyone has a great day.

Prayers for everyone looking for work.  Seems everyday more of us join the ranks of that club & it makes me so sad.  Prayers for all of you to have a blessed and safe day.

I hope you have a good day. Just wanted to share  with ya we did the CCS  also  back in the days. And basically  we were handing over our paycheck to them and had no  money  left. So  we ended up in  Chapter 13 and just got out of it  after paying  the treasure every week and it was so much easier and  bettter  then  CCS. I hope they are different for you then they were for us. We found it was just a rip off of money.  


Dont work too hard   . Yesterday my class was so bad i was ready to screammmmmmmmmm. SO today i dont  care if it is snowing (we keep them in  when its cold) they are going outside  for a long time .  Then they can have a long nice  nap afterwards lololool.

Hey, girl.  :)  This is just the initial appt..  We'll see how it works out and if I agree to anything.  Bankruptcy is the last thing I want to do--even chapt. 13.  I'm not near that--just need to get out of debt so we'll see how this goes.

Hi Jeri,
Have you ever heard of Dave Ramsey.  He has a couple of books he's written, Total Money Makeover and Financial Peace for getting out of debt.  I would highly recommend both of the.   I read Total Money Makeover which really help me.  He gives you steps to get out of debt.  If you read it let me know what you think.

Hey Val, actually I have the Total Money Makeover Book...need to get back to reading it this weekend.  I was behind on a few things & the first thing the book says is to get caught up before starting the program so I followed his orders & stopped reading.  LOL  I think Dave Ramsey has very sound principals & he makes a ton of sense to me.  Thanks so much!!

WOOOOOOHOOO for Thursday!  I'm so ready for this week to be over, the work load has been light and I get bored... LOL  But my manager and business analyst have been at the client's office all week which probably means they'll be working my a$$ off next week.... LOL

GOOD MORNING!!! Glad this week is almost over, esp yesterday because I pulled something in my back lifting something that was too heavy, but its okay now.I guess i'd better work my core strength more because it does NOT like when I move heavy objects, but I didn't have anyone around to do it for me and I'm not one to ask for help anyway. Man we need that hot tub. lol.

Liz- I searched high and low for a sugar free Nyquill but didn't find one. I don't know why I don't dump on it-maybe I pass out BEFORE I dump-who knows. I've only tried it once. Prayers for you mom today on her bladder surgery.
