Protein drink
I found this protein drink/shake at Cosco and it is extremely good. They are under $25 for a case of 18 and have 30 g protein, 5b carb, 1g sugar.

Looks interesting and a great price too! May have to try these. it will be awhile because I just got my Vitamin shoppe gift certificate for being such a good customer!! have 2 free cases of Worldwide Protein in my fridge!!!

Jack, these do sound good and I looked at the nutritional info and it's whey protein (what I want to use). The cost on line is $35 for 18, you got an excellent price at Cosco. Unfortunately we don't have Cosco here, I am try and see if Sam's has anything.
I want to find some ready-to-drink protein which makes life easier, lol. AchievOne is my choice but it's so hard to get it, they sell out faster than they manufacture them. Last I remember it won't be available until March (they are working on new packaging due to the glass bottles sometimes breaking in shipping).

Dana........Sam's Club does have some ready made protein drinks. I think that they are pretty good. The last time I bought them they were around $27.00 for I believe either 12 or 24. Sorry I can't remember....I haven;t gotten them in a while. They are called Myoplex Original...CHocolate Fudge 42 grams of whey protein. Sorry I can't remember all the details of how many are in a case. You could call them and ask.
