30 Day Challenge Day 18
-6 oz. today, so ot too bad for a total of -8.8 lbs.
I did have part of a small bag of popcorn yesterday, but otherwise did fine.
Today:
have vits/supplements in
protein latte coffee
lots of liquids
shrimp stir fry leftovers...probably too much sodium but don't want to waste it!
SF Yogurt
Eas Advantedge protein drink
Top sirloin something for dinner
hi-protein snack if needed
exercise: rode bike this morning.

Morning, Karla. I did fine yesterday except for water. My supervisor sitting with me totally messed up my drinking schedule. lol Funny how little things can mess you up. Also still fighting this stupid stomach bug...better but still cautious about what to eat. Have my lunch packed & dinner since I have to work till 9:30. Vitamins in for the morning & afternoon vitamins in my purse. Will work on water today. Also have a protein shake in my bag for the morning. I didn't get on the scale this morning. Will probably wait until Saturday a.m..

Calories-1219, Carbs.-126.7, Protein-104.1, water-72oz
Exercise-ran 7 miles burned 1083 calories.
Took all vitamins.
Today's Plan:
Stay around 1200 calories
Get my water in.
Do upper body workout at gym.
Be really good on calories today so I can enjoy myself at abuelo's tonight. It will be a reward if I can do it. I will see where my calories are and then plan my meal at abuelo's before I leave the house.
That's my plan. Feeling a little more in control today.

Yesterday was a terrible day for me calorie-wise. I did so bad I can't even type the number. I had lunch at Olive Garden with Hubby and DD and had salad and breadsticks. I knew the breadsticks were bad cuz of the carbs but who knew the salad dressing was SO HORRIBLE. Apparently I consumed about 400 calories just in salad dressing. Then last nigh****ching TV, I ate a bunch of very heavily salted pistachio nuts. My protein count was 112 but needless to say I'm up a pound this morning.
I did work-out twice yesterday. Once at the gym and one go round with my Wii personal trainer "Maya". I'm here to tell you Maya is worse than going to the gym. I ended up sitting in the hot tub between the two to soak my aching muscles.
So today is a NEW day and the plan will be to pump up the water to get rid of the salt and to focus back on healthy eating. Plan to exercise x 2 again today.
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: ham and cheese on mini croussant
Dinner: Sirloin steak and salad
Snack: protein bar

I even accomplished a whole 30 minutes on the elliptical!!! Yay!!!
I did crack at dinner and had some scalloped potatoes. But I also ate chicken and green beans. So not too terrible.
Today
B-egg, ham, cheese
S- protein shake
L- roast beef and swiss
S- trail mix or yogurt
D- hadn't thought about it yet...but I will good
I will try to get my 30 minutes in again tonight.
I will also get all my water and vits.
