30 Day Challenge Day 19

Yesterday wasn't too bad except that I opted out of exercising...I've got a cold/allergies/sinus whatever and am just drained. I am ridiculously thirsty because of my dry throat. Ughh

But today
B-egg, ham, cheese
S- trail mix
L- Pei Wei (I'm being treated to lunch)
S- pepperoni and swiss
D- no idea yet...but I haven't chosen too bad yet this week
Water and vits

I can't wait till my weigh in tomorrow, I'm truly hoping that the scale moves (in the right direction).
After weighing every day last week only to be discouraged because of the ups and downs, I decided this week I would go back to my weekly weigh ins. Less stress.

I am up today also.  But then I had a great time with the group at Abuleo's last night.  Way too many carbs, back on track today.

Got some of the Crystal Lite Hunger stuff, gonna give it a whirl.

I am going to start off today saying MEXICAN FOOD IS EVIL!  Yesterday I knew I was going to go eat mexican food and I already know how bad chips are for you so I purposly ate very light all day yesterday and I still went way over my calories.  Of course going to Starbucks after eating mexican didn't help I am sure.  I beat myself up all day knowing I was going to eat chips and queso.  I tried to talk myself out of them but that was depressing me so instead I went to the gym and worked out for 2 hr and 45 min.  An hour of that was spent on the bike and 30 min of that was spent at a level 12.  Keep in mind this is before I ever made it to the restaurant.  LOL  Anyway, on my way there I keep talking myself out of what I wanted to eat and since it was depressing me I said to myself, Jenn you have worked hard today, you have starved yourself to have some calories to spare, enjoy your damn dinner! So that is what I did.  Enough rambiling!

Yesterday's totals:  Calories: (gulp)2134, Carbs:252.2, Protein:123.3(woohoo), Water:82oz
Took all my vitamens
Exercise: Did hard core upper body, partial lower body, core conditioning, crunches
Spent 1 hr and 5 min on bike.  Total calories burned:1288!!!
So not a completly bad day!

Today's Plan:
Eat light: under 1200 cal, will do shakes and bullets today to keep protein high then have a light dinner.
Ge****er in: at least 64oz
Exercise:  I want to do yoga today but need to find my DVD, if I can't find it then I will run 3 miles quickly!
It is going to be a wonderful day!!!!

Well, I hit my short term goal of reaching 170 and staying there :)  I've been bouncing up and down for nearly a month - basically in a pleateau (first one - really)...  So, I can't complain too much.  Still have 20 to go to goal.

Haven't tracked food much this week except in my head, but being careful and ramped up cardio.  That's really the only thing I'm doing different.

So, sticking with the challenge and we'll see what next week brings :)

had a better day... I didn't graze last night... I made coffee when the urge to eat/graze hit

bk= Fast Fixin brkfst burrito
sn= lactose free/ff milk + protein powder
ln= 2 1/2 oz ham
sn= viactive cheese stick
dn- 1/4 noodles / homemade spaghetti sauce with meat
sn = coffee
mutivitamin

20 oz water

so controlled the grazing... did not up the water... nor did I do any calcium citrate supplements.. I have them, I just don't take them...    ugh

today--
bk - Weight Contol Oatmeal
coffee 3 cups
ln - 1/2 c spaghetti/w meat
sn = viactive cheese stick
dn-  not sure yet.

My day was good.  I am up .7 of a pound, but that is ok. Will get ride of that today I hope! I am still not 100% from the stomach flu but I am getting there.  Calories 1064, fat 23g, carb 165, protein 43g.  Carbs were too high but I am still eating crackers to easy my stomach.  Will stop that today.

L-Schwan's beef tips
S-cheese
D-unsure. Chicken something

I'm up 2lbs this morning. Did ok yesterday. But don't know why but on the way home from dinner last night stopped to get a cup of coffee and wanted an oatmeal cookie. Didn't dump but felt icky on the drive home.

Breakfast-Raisin Bran cereal

Lunch-none

Dinner-Abuelos (shrimp, steak, beans and potatos) ate half

Snack-Oatmeal cookie
