30 Day Challenge Day 20
I was -2.2 lbs. from yesterday...obviously was the sodium and fluid retention...I know I didn't starve myself!
I 'm at -9.4 lbs. Maybe if I'm semi-good I'll be at -10 by Monday morning.
Today:
protein coffee latte
lots of liquids
Oh Yeah protein drink
have no idea for lunch during day...going to a school competition
and their having a hospitality room...did pack almonds/Fiber ONe bar for decent choices just in case!
Dinner: beef quesadilla w/ leftover top sirloin
No time for exercise this morning...maybe I'll make myself ride bike tonight.

Morning, Karla. I'm doing well...back up to 138 but that's a-okay by me. My PCP said not to worry unless I got to 145 but I seem to stick around 138-140. Had very little water yesterday & also very little food since I slept so much. Don't know what's on the menu for today yet...it's too early BU****er is definately a must today. Have my morning vitamins in already.

Morning everyone. Yesterday I made great choices and scale dropped a little (0.6 lbs) but I'm still up from my lowest. Yesterday I had 1119 calories and 93 gm of protein. Work was nuts again so I didn't get in all my water.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch: deli meat/cheese with fresh fruit
Dinner: grilled shrimp, coleslaw
Snacks: sf/ff pudding (already made), protein bar.
If I can stick to my plan it will be another good day. I also plan to workout today. I was originally supposed to work but yesterday my boss changed my schedule so I work next Saturday instead.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
found some quite time to spend on the computer, kinda a crazy week this week, sick kids, bladder infections, work, just life got crazy~ I ate very well, however had some muncheys but nothing that I can get all upset over...remember, I'm wearing big girl panties, and I made the choices no one else did..LOL
I did have two WOW moments this week, and boy did they feel good, kinda forgot how pumped they make you feel....One of them was...Mel, you losing weight, you look smaller???? OMG I wanted to hug her, I did..LOL
My second one was a total male stranger telling me that my glasses look very nice on me, and the my eyes are beautiful......at first I thought he was talking to someone else..LOL I did thank him, but did not hug him..remember a stranger...LOL
I can not believe we are 20 days into our challenge....seems like last week Stephanie was posting this...(((STEPHANIE))) I think we all have done a wonderful job, staying focused, finding our true meaning of WL and what our true goals are...((HUGS TO ALL))
In the 20 days, I have changed my eating patterns a lot, I feel better, I am sleeping better, (I know longer eat junk after taking my lunesta..) I am going to the gym, however I do need to really work on going more..LOL
Today is going to be a quite day around here, the kids are recovering from the stomach flu, I have some house cleaning to do today, and movies to watch...
Here is what is on my menu for today~
coffee splenda and creamer
B-Protein Shake
L-Spinach Salad with egg
D-Chicken of some sort
I know I will snack so I might have anything from Yogurt, applesauce, oranges, almonds, veggie cabbage soup....not sure yet...

Wt is up a little but still at goal weighed 151 today. But I haven't pooped in a few days. TMI lol Still not getting in enough protein.My gym finally built a new one in Whitesboro so I have no excuse. sigh.......... OK the goal this weekend is to increase protein, lower carbs.
Menu for the day
Breakfast-1 cup of cream of wheat
Lunch-Chicken salad (cafe in Muenster)
Dinner-HM Beef Stew
Snack-protein shake
Late nite snack-100 calorie popcorn
156 today, and I think that's either the same or a pound down from yesterday. I know it's up a pound from Wednesday morning, but that day I was suffering from something being stuck.
I don't know about everyone else but I was so hungry yesterday I felt I ate none stop. nothing terrible but it was going in. guess I didn't do too much damage.
Not sure what the plan is for today. we are going to be gone most of it and I dont' usually plan well. I will try to be better snacks for the volunteer work. Might do some shopping after I drop Emm off at her dad's house. it's the evening time alone that can be dangerous.
