30 Day Challenge Day 21
Well I for one will be continuing as I am not there at all!!!! The past few weeks have proven to have challenges the biggest of which is leaving this week LOL. We are moving my mom to her apt in Mississippi at the end of the week. Big stresser gone!!!!!!! so I will be able to focus more. Though I will tell you I am sticking to my liquids this week as I see family that have only seen me in pitures through this whole journey this weekend. So I want to be watching what I eat and jump starting things before I go.
Paige and I had a good plan. She did great with it. me not so much. Slider foods are still creeping in so I have asked her to start our plan with me again so that this time I to can restart.
so this week I will no excuses log my food everyday!!!!!!!
get to the gym three days (this one will be more challenging wiht all the packing and such but I will do it)
meet my protein goals every day
drink at least 80oz of water each day
take my vitamins everyday
work on a revised plan with Paige

I did not weight this morning, because I have had some stomach issues, and IF I did lose weight it's only because of that....I will weigh next Sunday.
this weekend has been okay, had lots of veggies, and soups yesterday, about mid day I just started feeling crappy!!! Was in bed by 10:00 and this morning my throat is on fire...no fever just hurts....

I have increased my water to around 100oz without cramps so vits and b vits are working
Menu today..
Soups, meat and cheese roll ups, jellos, and liquids....not feeling like I need to eat right now, but hot drinks make my throat feel much better!!

I agree 100% about doing this everyday. It has helped sooooo much...ok drum roll.....I have officially lost 100 pounds!!!! I have passed my goal for this challenge. My goal was to get into the 220's and as of today I am 226. WOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! I am so pumped. I could never have done it without you guys. You are all so awesome!! Yesterday was great and today will be too. With you guys helping how could it not be. Hope everyone has as a great day!!
