S A I N T ???  Those of you that KNOW me would NEVER use that term, lol!!  I'm just glad that this challenge has helped so many of us (me included).  I was so afraid when I started this that a lot of people would drop out in the first week but I'm thrilled that so many have stuck with it.  If we continue I hope more people will jump on board with us...as we know, it's never too late to start.

Well I have gained back the 5 lbs I lost to begin with. i think it's all water weight. I had to be in Arizona all last week for work. Every meal was prepared for us so I had no control over salt or fat content. I tried to make good choices and watch the carbs like a hawk. It was also very difficult to ge****er and all the other beverages had caffiene. Our corporate policy would not allow us purchase any alternate food unless we paid for it out of our pocket (not that I could have gotten to a store anyway - we weren't allowed any free time to go anywhere! It was a great time and I did take my protien bars and good snacks to have but I think my major reduction in caffiene free diet uncarbonated beverages did me in. I should know in a couple of days if it is jus****er. :-) Traveling is always a challenge and when you have to eat out it's just hell with all the sodium and fat. Grrr.

Stay out of your head. It's a bad neighborhood so don't go in alone.

While i havent been doing anything special here, i wanted to give a shout out to everyone that text me every morning. It helped me to remember to pack a bag for ME for the hospital with bottled water, cheese sticks, nuts and RTD protein.  Also thanks to the train man for the suggestions on doin laps in the hallways and stretches. While mom was tanked on morphine and snorning i was zooming the halls and doing some toning.  Also, lord knows a hospital cafeteria isnt the healthiest place for food options, so i was glad i thought ahead :)
I havent been on a scale here, but i was just glad i didnt give in to the greasy temptations that were around me and stuck to my plan :)
