WLS Express - Sunday
Long day yesterday...from 6:00 a.m. on bus to 7:00 p.m. last night when we got in from competition at BPA contest. Kids got lots of awards and 14 or so will go to state in March. Ben got 4 awards and was a state qualifier and the sponsor asked me to go w/ them to state. Ben won in medical records procedures, parliamentiary procedures, and I don't remember the other two. 1 he had signed up for, the other 3 were just "open" tests that any of the kids can take. He said he really didn't know what he was doing, but I guess did fine. He said a fifth one he and another girl did together required 4 people and only the 2 showed up and they had a hard time getting all 4 people's work done.
Doing well on challenge...had a 2 lb. drop today, so I was happy. I sure hope it doesn't hop back on by tomorrow...
Today is my nephew's 17th birthday, so after SS and church, we'll eat at my sister's...he wants chicken spaghetti.
Prayers to Liz's mom, all looking for jobs, and Ms. Charlene for when she starts her new job.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Good Morning My TMB Family,
Karla how nice to see you starting our train off this morning. I wonder where everyone is today? I am up with a cup of coffee in me and my vitamins down. Going to start getting ready for SS and Church in just a few minuets. That is really the only thing planned for today. I wont have the baby today or tomorrow so I have some time to relax a little. Actually looking forward to it. I love the baby like he was my own, but it takes a lot out a almost 51 year old. Also makes me know, that there will be no more babies for me. By that I mean I am always asking Mark if I can foster care for babies and he keeps tellin me no now I know why! I logged all my food yesterday on paper and figured out that Peanut Butter give me indigestion (I have not had any since before surgery) and by the time we ate dinner wich was late last night my stomach was cramping and my Ulcer acting up. So will keep logging and see what we can come up with before I go back to the doctors next week. I have been thinking a lot about those that are looking for work, and it just sucks for all of you. You are all in my prayers. (if anyone is intersted in coming this way I know of someone that is looking for a maid) Prayers also for Liz's Mom, Tom and Que and all the unspoken prayers. Have a blessed day. I love you guys. Michelle

Today is a planned alzy day, but I have so mnany things I want to do on my lazy day. Hmmm...somehow that just seems wrong. On so many levels!
I'm really sore from yesterday's workout and training schedule. I changed up my spinning class some and the ladies loved it, but whoa! My back side is paying for it this morning. I guess that's a good thing as I rarely get sore anymore.
Make it a good one. HUGS

What a long day yesterday!! After the morning errands were complete, Mom, Aaliyah and myself headed out to the country to go pick up Jojo. We went to the movies and saw Mall Cop. I"m not one for comedies but we all laughed. Took the girls to Hastings and bought them some books, then took them to Sonic for a kid's meal. After I got back home, I realized I hadn't eaten, I sure wasn't going back out because I was COLD!! Made a frito pie and watched some tv, called it an early night. I'm going to make some coffee, chat with Mom , blow dry my hair and get ready to go to church. It's going to be another full day!!
I've been praying and meditating really hard for all those in search of employment. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!!
Stay warm!
Blessings,
Nina
GINA, TRACEY, JAMIE G. and I all met up last evening at little Tracy Lambs wedding. Our little Lamb is a married woman now. The reception was at the Radison and it was lovely. Tracy was a beautiful bride. She looked like a princess.
The Retreat I went to was a lot of fun but NOT relaxing. The campground facility was beautiful and under normal conditions, the hike from the rooms to the dining hall and then to the meeting rooms would have been very enjoyable, but...OMG it was like 20 degrees! BRRRRRRR, I have never moved so fast in all my life. LOL! Friday night, afer the last session, we were delaying going back to our rooms so we decided to have a little R & R in the meeting room. Someone had wisely brought a bunch of games and I leanred (not very well) to play Skipbo. It was fun, even though I got thoroughly trounched each game. We should have a gamenight sometime. Fun, fun, fun!
Looking forward to seeing GINA a little later today after church. I think we are going to Costco to check out the protein drinks that were recommended the other day.
Prayers out to all in need, love, hugs, and kisses out to all the rest. Much love and prayers for lasting happiness to Tracy and Billy.
MWAH!!!!!!!

Wow, who stole my train? Karla's driving and Miss Charlene and Nina are riding...this is certainly not the weekday train but I got to say, I love it!!
Yesterday I went to the Doctor's hospital support group meeting and was disappointed. Usually it's very good but this time it was an "infomercial". They had a personal trainer there who spent most of the time trying to sell the "body bugg". I just wanted to tell everyone that they could do the same thing for FREE on different websites if they just put forth a little effort. The rest of the day was spent grocery shopping and doing stuff on the computer that needed to be done. Didn't do anything FUN all day. Today will be more of the same. Clay is going to play golf so I'll just make a Sam's run and stay home and read and pay bills.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day and be good to yourself because you deserve it!!

I am like you.. I am very bored this weekend and nothing was going on, on the boards yesterday.. not Myspace, Facebook or the Texas Message board.. I guess everyone else is being productive unlike myself.
Smile, it increases your face value.
