WLS Express - Sunday
Good Morning Yall,
I don't know what has happened over the last couple of months. But, I have been colder now than even right after my wls 5 yrs ago. I have on 3 pair of sox and layers of clothes. I just can't get warm.
My eating is going so good I am afraid for the next day to come around. I am only 7 lbs away from wonderland. It is weird how I have been able to get back on track and start my journey again after being off the wagon for so long. I think it has been one major detail. MY PEEPS... I am so grateful for all the support groups I get to go to and just being around such a inspirational group of people who have accomplished so much.
I am so bored this weekend. I am restless and I can't find something to get my mind off of my task. (to get those 7 lbs off) I have to decide to stay in and worry about getting bored and eating something out of boredom or go out somewhere like we did yesterday to grapevine mills mall and smell all of those wonderful foods I should not eat. I need to get a peep assigned to me and she can slap my hand every time I try to eat something I shouldn't. Instead of angels we can chaperon.
Stephanie and Becky what happened to that possible chat online last nite. I died of bordem 3 times.

Lynnette, Becky, Mark, Jeri, Dan, Debbie, Stephanie, yall need to move closer so we can do more stuff.
Tracey and Gina can yall come walk on a track over here by my house so I can workout with yall in the morning? I will protect yall from the bad guys too.
Teri is it time to scrap book again?? I know you have so many other people waiting in line...

Not finishing a scrap book does not make you a bad Mom!! There are 4 kids in my family and all our scrapbooks stop in 1969...the year my parents got divorced and Dad took the two oldest with him!! My older brothers and sisters have 2 or 3 books, I am the youngest and I barely have one because I was only 5! A few years ago I went through three drawers of stuff at mom's and we divided between 4 boxes whose was what! Then we shipped them off to everybody. They had as much fun going through their boxes as we did sorting the things!! It is astonishing what is accumulated over the years!!

Wow, this is strange but great. Thanks Karla for getting the train on the road this morning.
I need to get moving fast. have to get Emm to Sunday School and meet once again with my 'diner team' to plan plan plan'. Seems to engulf all my time but we NEED to make some big bucks and I NEED to get some major donations of food and stuff to make it happen. Anyway, more on that this afternoon in a post. Need to pick your brains on how to do this right.. I think it was our Karla who did a 50's party a while back.
anyway, there is church at 10:30 and then a congregational meeting. I am up for election to the church council and that will determine my life for the next two years. If I am elected this will totally change weekend plans and possibly conflict with TMB, but if I am elected, it's how it should be. So we will see. Prayers please that the best happens for me on this. I will update and honestly, I am okay however it turns out. If it doesn't it might be a bit of a relief and I can concentrate more on confirmation and starting a singles group.
Okay I am babbling and I have to get Emm up. have curlers in my hair and that's it. Prayers for all today especially those in need of work. May the newspaper, online Gods provide that perfect position for you and best wishes to Charlene starting tomorrow.. woo hoo.

been up for a while yall know me lol. Mom just got up and said she is feeling a little better. we had excellent nursing care at the hospital, with the exception of one.. who came around to my way of thinking real quick lol.
was nice to be in a real bed instead of those hard vinyl sofa things at the hospital. Im very stiff and sore today, did a lil yoga earlier to try and loosen up. hopefully that will help.
have a million things to go around the house for mom today, and trying to decide what direction to go with my immediate future and the job thing. *sigh*
speaking of, i dont think i congratulated ms. charlene on her new position starting tomorrow i think?? i hope you know how thrilled I am for you
Mom and i watched a marathon of DEXTER yesterday and really had fun with it. We are on i think episode 6 of season 1. Im sick i know lol.

Apparently, I'm sick too cuz I LOVE Dexter. Clay and I rented the whole series from Blockbuster and watched it while I was out with my plastics. Glad you're back amongst us and Mom is feeling better. Still praying for a great job for you (hope you don't mind that my prayers are for a job in the Dallas area, lol).

I too have been praying for a job for you too in the Dallas area. That way you are closer to me and the rest of the peeps that love you so much. Glad to hear that Mom is feeling better. You are a good daughter to stay with her and make sure she is alright. I am not sure I know who DEXTER is. I love Sunday afternoons when there a marathon of Cops. I sit here till I have to back to choir at 5:00. Love you and HUGE hugs! Michelle
