Day 22 here...we've rounded 3rd base and are running toward home plate this week!

I didn't exercise Sat. or Sun. and figured I'd be up today, but was -2 oz. from yesterday.  Not much, but I'll take every oz.  That puts me at -11.6 from when we started.

Plan for today:
protein latte coffee
lots of liquids (I usually drink at least 100 oz. per day, many times at least 120 or more)
salad w/ turkey and LF homemade ranch for lunch
SF Yogurt
Taco soup for dinner
hi-protein snack

already exercised 30 minutes
took vits/suppl.

How did you do?

Karla

Morning, Karla.  Can't believe we're on the last week of the challenge alredy.  This month sure has flown by.  I've been doing fine...eating has been good.  I really tried to concentrate on liquids and protein yesterday but I was bad & fried 2 chicken breasts--have one in the fridge for when I get home tonight.  I don't do this very often but sometimes I just want fried chicken.  I'm sure mine is still a lot healthier than KFC. lol  I'll have it with a tomato or some other veggie.

Vitamins are in for the a.m..  Will concentrate on water at work.  I will have a protein shake for breakfast and strawberries and cottage cheese for lunch.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning...Calories were good yesterday but protein was low.  Also a weekend with very little exercise and it showed this morning.  I'm up 0.6 lbs.  I really think my body has decided that's where it wants to stay and I'm just gonna have this 2-3 lbs range.  If that's the case, I'm happy cuz in a million years I never would of thought I'd ever be a size 10.

Plan for today is more of the same.  Protein drink for breakfast, ham/cheese on mini croussant for lunch but I have no idea for dinner.  I had planned on leftover pot roast but it just had no flavor so I'm feeding it to the dogs.

Have a super day and make good choices!!

Scale same since the weekend. I thought would gain a lb or two. Felt like I ate allllll day yesterday. I made Allie Mac and cheese but used protein pasta. One thing the challenge has done is made me more aware of how little calorie and protein intake I had.

Yesterday:

breakfast-none

Lunch-Breakfast taco at Taco Cabana

Dinner-mac and cheese (all day long probably about 2cups)

Hugs,

Lynnette

I didn't get a chance to post yesterday...I was too lazy and just didn't eat much either.
So back to the grind today.

B- egg, ham ,cheese
S-trail mix or protein shake
L- ham and swiss roll up
S-protein shake or trail mix (whatever wasn't eaten earlier)
D- probably left over pei wei or maybe chicken

I want to exercise tonight.
I will get all my water and vits in.
Oh, if any reads this and is willing to put their 2cents worth in...if I wanted to switch from a multivitamin to a prenatal (helps hair and nails) does anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks to all!!
Getting near that one year mark is scary...but this challenge has helped me to open my eyes and stay on track.

Hugs!!!

i could just copy and paste from yesterday and Saturday but i'll just say 'ditto'.   Weight in range.

I will say that I do need to redirect myself back to healthier choices.  I have tested myself and kinda gone crazy with eating the junk.  My appetite has been a bit up but not like it was before when I overate carbs.

I am down 3 lbs today but it may be because I ate at Cracker Barrell with Hubby and his Mom and something made me really really sick.   I had baked catfish and pinto beans....didn't eat but half but still I was sicker than a dog after wards.    So hopefully it will stay off.   This challlenge has been tough for me.   Actually it has almost depressed me !!!

Vivian, I'm so sorry that this challenge has depressed you.  I guess I don't understand why.  Anything I can do to help?

Steph....it is just me and all that is going on in my life with my kids and all.   I could wring their necks right now !!!   My weight is up and down and it is usually very stable.    I think it is stress and just ole stress eating.    I am beginning to get a grip on it.   It is tough though when one son had no job and lives in a apartment and we are having to help him out financially and then the younger one wants to take a "break" from his girlfriend of 18 months.   I don't understand that one at ALL !!!   My middle son just got a job THANK GOD and starts today so hopefully we won't have to help him out much longer !!!

For me, about the same - except it's THAT Time, so yesterday I felt terrible and didn't do much of anything besides lay around.  Didn't even eat...  I know that was bad, but I felt awful all day...

So today - back to the grind...  Vit's on board, working on water.  Oatmeal for breakfast, banana for snack and just finished turkey/cheese roll up's with 100 calories of guacomole :)

Will run by the gym and workout if the weather isn't icy and then I have to pack.  Supposed to travel for the rest of this week, but not sure I'll be able to get out of town...  We'll see!
