30 Day Challenge Day 22
I didn't exercise Sat. or Sun. and figured I'd be up today, but was -2 oz. from yesterday. Not much, but I'll take every oz. That puts me at -11.6 from when we started.
Plan for today:
protein latte coffee
lots of liquids (I usually drink at least 100 oz. per day, many times at least 120 or more)
salad w/ turkey and LF homemade ranch for lunch
SF Yogurt
Taco soup for dinner
hi-protein snack
already exercised 30 minutes
took vits/suppl.
How did you do?

Morning, Karla. Can't believe we're on the last week of the challenge alredy. This month sure has flown by. I've been doing fine...eating has been good. I really tried to concentrate on liquids and protein yesterday but I was bad & fried 2 chicken breasts--have one in the fridge for when I get home tonight. I don't do this very often but sometimes I just want fried chicken. I'm sure mine is still a lot healthier than KFC. lol I'll have it with a tomato or some other veggie.
Vitamins are in for the a.m.. Will concentrate on water at work. I will have a protein shake for breakfast and strawberries and cottage cheese for lunch.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning...Calories were good yesterday but protein was low. Also a weekend with very little exercise and it showed this morning. I'm up 0.6 lbs. I really think my body has decided that's where it wants to stay and I'm just gonna have this 2-3 lbs range. If that's the case, I'm happy cuz in a million years I never would of thought I'd ever be a size 10.
Plan for today is more of the same. Protein drink for breakfast, ham/cheese on mini croussant for lunch but I have no idea for dinner. I had planned on leftover pot roast but it just had no flavor so I'm feeding it to the dogs.
Have a super day and make good choices!!

Scale same since the weekend. I thought would gain a lb or two. Felt like I ate allllll day yesterday. I made Allie Mac and cheese but used protein pasta. One thing the challenge has done is made me more aware of how little calorie and protein intake I had.
Yesterday:
breakfast-none
Lunch-Breakfast taco at Taco Cabana
Dinner-mac and cheese (all day long probably about 2cups)
Hugs,
Lynnette
So back to the grind today.
B- egg, ham ,cheese
S-trail mix or protein shake
L- ham and swiss roll up
S-protein shake or trail mix (whatever wasn't eaten earlier)
D- probably left over pei wei or maybe chicken
I want to exercise tonight.
I will get all my water and vits in.
Oh, if any reads this and is willing to put their 2cents worth in...if I wanted to switch from a multivitamin to a prenatal (helps hair and nails) does anyone have a recommendation?
Thanks to all!!
Getting near that one year mark is scary...but this challenge has helped me to open my eyes and stay on track.
Hugs!!!
Jessica
i could just copy and paste from yesterday and Saturday but i'll just say 'ditto'. Weight in range.
I will say that I do need to redirect myself back to healthier choices. I have tested myself and kinda gone crazy with eating the junk. My appetite has been a bit up but not like it was before when I overate carbs.

Will run by the gym and workout if the weather isn't icy and then I have to pack. Supposed to travel for the rest of this week, but not sure I'll be able to get out of town... We'll see!
