30 Day Challenge Day 23
morning everyone,
Weight stayed steady so that's good.  NOT making the best dinner choices for sure.  I really have to be more prepared for that.  But I run and run after work and by the time I get home, it's major hunger and wanting junk.  I am maintaining but it's just not healthy.  
I am getting in all my water. I'm such a tightwad, I am bringing in 4 bottles of water everyday to work; drinking them ALL and taking them home to refill with my brita filter. The water at work is terrible.  So I am getting at least 80 oz a day.
Hopefully my direction will go back to healthier choices now that I have realized I can eat more stuff.  But JOHN, enlightened us how easily it can get out of hand.  I worked too hard to get here to screw it up.  Thanks for the reminder John.

D-fried  chicken wings, broccoli and cheese

ETA:  Exercise:  I worked out at the gym for an hour and a half.
Today:

L-Brisket, mustard greens
D-Baked fish, cucumber and tomato salad\
