Good Morning My TMB Family,

No school for us today in Burkburnett.  Eric is thrilled to say the least.  I am supposed to have the baby today but I guess it will depend if she wants to venture out with him or not.  To be honest, I hope she does not.  Would love a PJ day and not have to do much today!  Mark does not have to go to work till 9:00 but I think that will change to essential personal before long.  I love weather like this, only thing that could be better would be to have a log for the fireplace.  Maybe I will make some SF snickerdoodels today.  Supposed to have my follow up tomorrow in Lawton but we will see what the roads are like.  I hate to drive to begin with, but to drive when the weather is bad would only send me home with really white knuckels, and a heart beating a thousand times faster then it should be.  I did manage to do my WII yesterday and I was very proud of myself.  Of course it has been so long alot of the reps in the toneing I will probably have to take down a little.  Jeri, I sure hope you can figure out what is going on with your tummy.  Please dont worry about posting, thats what we are here for to help and support each other.  Lots of prayers for those that are looking for work, and for those that are sick, Tanya and Ms. Que especially.  Stay warm today.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.   Michelle

Good morning Train Riders!  Well lets hope it stays a good morning and no one gets stuck out in the weather today.  Sorry I missed the train yesterday, it was kind of a weird day.  Went in to see my doc at 8am.  She closed up my incision and put a drain in.  The other option was a wound vac and I think dealing with a drain will be easier.  Got in to work around 9:30 and finally got network access around 12.  My coworker started crying when she saw me, felt pretty good and she just went on and on all day about how great I look.

I stayed at work till 2:30 when my pain meds started wearing off and I felt like I'd been punched in the stomach a few times.  So, I came home, took some more meds and vegged on the sofa for a while.  I did manage to play some WoW with Dad for a little while, but ended up needing another dose of meds before bed.  The drain site is still pretty sore and I'm hoping over the next couple of days the nerves deaden some.

Today I'm heading in to work till at least 1 I hope.  Working 5 hrs a day will pay more than disability did, so that's my minimum goal each day this week.  Jeff has an interview at 1 today, so I'm really hoping the weather holds off long enough he can go to it.  He also talked to another recruiter yesterday so he's on another watch list for jobs.  I'm betting his class will be canceled tonight so we'll have a nice quiet evening together.

Sending up prayers for safe commutes and warm days for all of us.

Good Morning All,
It's promicing to be awful today and tomorrow.  I hope everyone is extrememly careful driving.  I'm about to go get my 3 GD, bring them back here and hole up in a warm house all day.  Just playing with them all day.  Jeri, I sure hope you don't have an ulcer.  Prayers going up for you.  Also Vickie  who's having bad problems after surgery.  Hope they can find the problem and correct it for her quickly.  Got to run.  Y'all have a great one.  Maybe you'll get to get off work early!

Blessings,
Carol

Good Morning OH Family!

Allie spent the night again last night. Don't know if she and Chad are going to spend another night. Chad had classes in Durant but they are closed today. He bought FIL's truck and came to pick it up. Glad FIL decided he should not be driving the big truck.I love em both, but kinda hoping they go to their house. Memow is tired! lol Allie was not her best yesterday, I think sometimes her asthma meds hipe her up and I also think she inherited Chad's ADHD starting to see a little of the signs. Don't know how the roads look this morning but it is starting to be below freezing in Whitesboro. They were talking on the news about the obesity virus? Hmmm so that's what was wrong with me. Well Allie is wanting to play. Gotta go. Hope everyone has a safe day.

Your loved!

It is now official, I am staying home today.  The back is killing me, the ice is within 5 miles and I just give up.

I live north and west of FTW, so we are supposed to get it soon.  You guys that are up and moving please be careful.

Have plenty of entertainment ready for today.  With 6 dogs in the house, should be fun.  They are already burning off energy playing in the living room.  They are great to watch.  My new pom/chi mix is running through Liz's dogs legs.  Boy he is fast.

When I got home yesterday, in pain, I had Tom hovering and Bella walking with me and making sure I did not stumble.  I think I am going to let them pamper me today.  Between the 2 of them I should not have to lift a finger!!!!

Love to you all

Que,

Sounds like a good day for you to put your feet up and watch movies and let your gang wait on you. I'm sure they would be glad to do that. I officially crown you Queen for a day.

Im glad you stayed home today. I hate my kids are there to add to youre 'fun'.. Feel free to use Barron should you need help getting in and out of bed. Seriously, mom used him to help her turn and off the sofa etc. He is good for that stuff :)
