Friday WLS Express--TGIF

UGH WHY am I up??!!  LOL  Oh well, let's get this thing moving!!

Good morning y'all!!  You would think just one time I could sleep in, but here I am.  I made the mistake of moving and the dog decided it was time to get up. lol   She is well-trained that Mom gets up too danged early.

So I have my drs appt this morning & of course my tummy is better than it has been in 2 weeks.  Just like when your car is making a noise that it no longer makes when you take it to get it fixed.  Of course, I'm still going to the dr because what has been going on is too weird & I need to know what it is or was. 

Other than that I don't know what I'm doing.  I, of course, need to hit the grocery store & probably Walmart but I want to do something else, too.  Maybe I'll go to Goodwill, Payless & the Salvation Army store to see what I can find-if anything.  I can always use clothes & I definately need shoes.  I have THE hardest time finding shoes and it's been quite a while since I've bought any.  My work shoes are PATHETIC so hopefully I can find something.

Board sure has been quiet lately.  Of course working 2 jobs during the week I'm not on as much as I'd like but I'm just hoping everyone who isn't around is okay.  Prayers for everyone looking for work, prayers for our country--dang things need to start improving--and prayes for everyone who is healing.

Jill and I were just noticing the other night how quiet it has been.  The NW thread gets about 2 or 3 posts a night these days.  Oh well, the prayer requests are still there.

Enjoy your shopping.  Take a little time to smell the roses.

Unlike most women I HATE shopping so I'm sure I won't be spending much time doing it.  I'll know the minute I walk into one of those stores whether or not this will really be a shopping day. lol

I do plan on spending some quiet time on the back porch reading.  It's supposed to be beautiful this afternoon.

PS- I don't like shopping either- so you're not alone! I know I know- its so unlike a girl to like shopping. Glad we are alike in this!

I am SO glad I'm not the only one. lol  It's such a pain.

Add me to the "women who are not shoppers" group, lol.  When I need something I want to go to one store and find it.  I never could understand shoppers, lol.  My sister's can shop all day, I don't "get it", roflmao.  Good luck finding something today Jeri!  I need clothes BAD too. 

WHEW- its not just us Jeri. Liz told me too she's not a shopper. For me its about not knowing what size I am anymore so I have to bring numerous sizes in and all I see is skin and its depressing. But I wouldn't say I was a marathon shopper before either!

Ok so we have a club!!  rofl 

Add me to that club please.  I like to know what I am going to get, go in and get it and get out.  Dont like crowds and the one place I shop most of the time (walmart) is always crowded.  Hugs
