I won the Volunteer of the Year Award 2008!

Okay Andrea W. here goes...

My company was nominated for mid-sized business of the year at the annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet on last night.  However, we did not win, but it was an honor to be among the nominees and we will try again next year.

Guess what?  To my surprise...I WON THE VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2008!!! I have always been passionate about volunteering and I challenge each of you to volunteer and pay it forward within your communities.  It is truly a rewarding experience.

I am off to a great weekend because my son graduates from college on tomorrow!

An accomplishment like this deserves bragging rights, and I'm so glad you posted. I admire your dedication to volunteering and helping others.

Congradulations Faith !!!   Voluneering is very rewarding I totally agree with you.   I do lots of volunteer work myself at my son's high school and for other things also.

Yeah I was hoping you'd win...but I was thiniking your company not YOU!!  That's fantastic!!  Great pics, love the gray and pink combo.  Congrats on the college graduation as well.  My daughter graduated in December and it's such an incredible feeling.

Thanks.  I don't think anything can wipe the smile off of my face today and this weekend!  I hope you are coming to the Louisiana invasion in June.

And what a beautiful smile it is!!

Gonna give it my best to go to the LA invasion in June.  Have a two week trip to Sturgis for the Motorcycle Rally planned in August....so we'll have to see!
