Who wants to start a new challenge?

I think a goal oriented challenge is best also. I know if it were just a daily post and we knew there were no real things to work for, we might not post. It could be a monthly thing with goals for the month, even if it really isn't so much food related. Might be exercise or just trying new things since the weight loss.

Love the monthly challenge idea! It's each person challenging themselves, but everyone holding each other accountable. Love the support, and personal responsibility to achieve a goal. I do agree that a time line and goals help me-- if it was just a daily thing with no 'end' per se in sight- I would just pu**** off until tomorrow. I like the "March into Spring" idea, but I would assume that would be best fitted for the March month. For February what about something like "Loving me is all I need" I don't know, I am definitely NOT clever, but I love the March thing, but again think it should be for the month of march. Just my input. I'm participating whatever the name!

I'd like to join this one, don't know why I skipped the last one! I need help getting started with regular excercise so March into Spring would be perfect for me!
Having a daily checkin gets tedious for me. And if I've missed walking at that point I get discouraged. What about a weekly check in? I work much better with a weekly accountability!
