Prayers for Katy Girl --update-Sunday-AM
Her daughter M. is at Texas Childrems about to go to ICU with diabetic keto acidosis. Please send up prayers now for her....she is very sick...
edit: they will be at the hospital for a couple of days I am sure...don't know much except that it did not get as bad as it could have but could definitely be better...she is very sick but should recover ....just concerned about what damage this will do to the rest of her body. Just a watch and wait and hope they can prevent more damage...She is diabetic and has been since she was 6...she16 (or 17). I am sure Joni will appreciate all of the TMB prayer warriors at work here~~~
Sunday am-
She is awake and talking (normally-that is) and has turned the corner...Joni said they hope to be moved to a regular room this afternoon. I am sure they will stay another day or so. Thanks for the prayers everyone...Joni and the girls have been in my life for 11 years and I don't think I have ever heard Joni tell me she was scared. Her DD had brain swelling and acid throughout her blood yesterday so glad to see she is getting better. Now prayers for her to take better care of herself...those teens think they are invinsible!~~~
