Repost:: "FEBRUARY FOCUS" Challenge
Goals for this challenge...
1. basics... vitamins everyday, at least 64 oz water, protein first
2. exercise 3 days a week
3. get down to 185 by the end of the challenge. I weighed 193.2 this morning.
4. post as often as possible (hopefully everyday)
I am so thankful for this challenge I needed something to help me get the habits set in stone before the honeymoon phase is over...

Hope that I'm not too late to hop on-board for the "feb focus" !!
(1) I NEED to remember to take all my meds & vitamins everyday.
(2) I NEED to be sure to eat protein first. I'm never hungry & often forget to eat.....Urgh !!
(3) I NEED to keep up my exercise regimen of at least 3x a week in addition to my bowling.
(4) I NEED to be sure to get in all my fluid intake daily.
(5) I NEED to work on the whole "before & after" drinking & eating thing.
