Repost:: "FEBRUARY FOCUS" Challenge
Steph, I jumped ship on the last challenge, just so busy I haven't been posting and haven't felt like dealing with it. I am going to try to do this again, just as a reminder to me to make good choices and follow the rules.
I'm still struggling allot with liquid intake and not taking vitamins every day. So that's what I am going to focus on. I'd love to lose a few lbs in the process but if it doesn't happen that's ok too.
So my goals are:
1) Drink at least 64 oz of water or crystal light a day.
2) Take all of my vitamins everyday. I put it on my Outlook calendar at work so hopefully I'll do what I need to do.
3) Everything else is Lagnappe, if I focus on the rules then everything is all good.

OK, I guess it's time to post MY goals. Not really much different from last time.
1. Reach G O A L: 154 lbs
2. Log all my food everyday at Sparkpeople.com
3. Exercise 3 times a week either at the gym or using my Wii Fit
4. Take all my vitamins everyday.
5. Set up appt to have my labs checked this month.

I'm not very good at being accountable to anyone even if I do meet my goals, but it's a new month.
1) Drink 64 ounces of water every day!
2) Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes every day the first 2 weeks. Increase to 45 minutes 3 times a week (plus the 30 minutes on other days) the final 2 weeks.
3) Lose 6 pounds within the 4 weeks. (More would be quite acceptable

I'm in for the February Focus Challenge!!
Goals:
1. Get out of the 180's. I'd love to see 170 or less, but I'm going to be ecstatic to see 179 as well.
2. Two miles or sixty minutes on the treadmill a minimum of three times per week.
3. 64 to 80 ozs of fluid EVERYday.
I don't have a problem with vitamin intake - some go in when the make up goes on and others go in when the make up comes off! LOL

After some thought, here are mine. I am not used to setting goals of ANY kind so I wanted to make sure that the ones I chose were doable and that I don't set myself up for failure.
1. Log all food and drink on Realize website.
2. Curves 4 days per week, Wii Fit 2 days per week. Rest on the Sabbath! :)
3. Make good snack choices, protein first.
4. Vitamins everyday. Calcium is no prob cause they taste good! :)
