30 Day Challenge Day 29
Day 28 seems to have gotten the best of me...I did nothing but drin****il about 5:00 p.m. that included 3 protein drinks. Then I ate chili, dip, a few chips, a few crackers, few bites of desserts. I did probably still take in more salty stuff than I should. I was up 2 oz. this morning. Maybe it will disappear tomorrow.
Today's plan:
coffee latte protein
lots of liquids
EAS Advantedge protein drink
leftover chicken enchiladas and beans for lunch
sausage for supper and fresh spinach
hi-protein snack
already exercised 30 minutes
took vits/supplements

Morning Karla! I haven't been on the scale since Friday. I'm so proud of myself for staying away. lol I've been doing well except on water. I maybe got in 50 oz yesterday so I'll up that today. As I've said before it's easier for me to get it in at work which I just don't understand but I'm working on it. I haven't really had much of an appetite so I think my pouch has shrunk a little if that's possible.
Plan for today:
Protein shake for breaksfast
Lunch is cottage cheese and strawberries
Don't know what's for dinner yet...maybe grilled chicken
Protein shake and probably ham & cheese roll-up for a snack
Morning vitamins are in
Of course...lots of water

I had a near perfect day of eating yesterday. I only ate what I planned and NO junk. I was hoping the scale reflected it but nope, still the same. Scale hasn't moved at all in 3 days but at least it's not going UP. I would so love to drop ONE MORE pound by tomorrow so I could meet ALL of the goals I've set for this challenge...we'll see...

My plan of today is this
coffee splenda & creamer
B- 1 egg 1slice of wheat toast
L-spinach salad w/grated egg, bacon, toms and a splash of dressing
D-Nacho Salad, (kinda like a taco salad)
S-Blackberries, and if I need another a mixed protein shake
I'm pushing for all my fluids today,
Meds are in and vits will be in by noon today!!

I eat my blackberries frozen sometimes plain and yes sometime with splenda...OMG they are YUMMY....the whole frozen experience is delightful.....mmmm
I purchase the wal-mart brand $2.88 if think and I get about 5-6 servings, just depending on how many times I go back for more....they have replaced my sweet craving!!!
Hope you will give them a try!!!

I had pizza more often than not...granted I ate minimal bread, but I just can't get away from the cheese and pepperoni.
Went to Tom Thumb yesterday and got a free pizza because I spent $25. Then got $10 off my grocery trip because I spent $50. Most of it was snacks. I got 2 different packages of those 100 calorie things. One was a cheesecake bar...ridiculously yummy!!!! Then I got like oreo granola bar that is also 100 calorie. Then I got bags of rice cakes, caramel and cheese!! oh wow, the cheese is better than any cheezit, cheeto, or dorrito I ever ate. I know all of these things are in moderation...but when you snack late night for no good reason, i would rather grab one of those than my son's left over chocolate chip cookie from Starbucks!
So, there is no such thing as a scale until next Saturday...
But in the meantime, today:
S-Starbucks skinny cinnamon dulce
B-egg, ham, cheese
s-100 calorie treat
L-ham and swiss
S-protein drink and/or peanuts
D-either pork chops, sausage, or chicken
Water and vits
I have class tonight, so my snacks will be scattered in there somewhere instead of just during the day.
I plan to do at least 30 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. I'm thinking treadmill because I want to go fast...but the elliptical is in front of the tv...hmmm.

Morning everyone,
Weird food day yesterday, again but I'm still doing fine. Scale is the same at 154.0. Would be a great 'present' tomorrow to see another pound off. That would mean that I am down about 4 pounds from the 30 days and well on the bottom side of the 50's.
Did force breakfast in yesterday with no appetite. Sausage and cheese english muffin, did not plan on lunch, but had a blind date and he offered lunch so I had an enchilada and some beans. Dinner was that stuffed chicken breast and I had to really push to get the whole thing down. I needed it but something GOOD is going on with my pouch capacity as well as the hunger.
So it's all good. I packed too much food i'm sure. it' like I was eating. I will focus on protein protein protein.
