Are your cold hands and feet due to low Iodine?

I use table salt and my hands and feet are still always cold.  I was beginning to worry that I might have a circulation problem.  I may try and see if I can find a supplement with iodine.  Thanks for the information.

I dont' know about you but it is awful when your ands and feet are like ice but your body is hot.  I had my hormones checked and they tell me I am not premenapausal.  But I go to bed freezing and wake up sweating.  Go figure!!!LOL

rofl  Girl, you may have a totally different issue going on there.  lol

But, I was so ready for SOMETHING to work that I felt like it was worth a try.  I hope you find some relief.

When they did the hormone test it was like if your count was less than 100 you are going into menopause.  Mine was 104.  I think it is hormonal whether the doctor does or not.LOL  He asked me if I was having night sweats and I told him what I was doing.  He just laughed and said that is why we are doing this test.LOL

I did check my multi vitamin and it says it has 100% of the iodine I am suppose to have each day.  So who knows.  My students just laugh because I wear 2 pairs of socks and then have gloves on my hands.LOL  I even go to the bathroom and run ho****er over my hands to warm them up.
