post weight loss surgery recipes and cook books

I find there are always questions about good post weight loss surgery cookbooks and recipes. I have reviewed many of them and posted sample recipes from each one. I am a HUGE fan of crockpot cooking so there are several healthy (and simple) crockpot recipes that are high in protein and will freeze very well.
