Its Saturday. Woo hoo! It looks like its been raining some. Not sure if we'll have soccer or not-waiting to call the field to see. Bryan went out for a run and Chris and I are being lazy.
Tonight is the dinner so hopefully I'll see everyone there!

Good morning.  I have to clean my house today by 1:00 at the latest so I can't piddle around much.  I'm doing laundry also.  At 2:00 I have to be at my church to bag a rice/protein/seasoning mixture for a program called "Feed My Sheep" for local needy people.  I have to make some secretary's day gifts when I get home from that since it's next Wed.

I'm getting my house ready for my new life (surgery on 4/26!) and for my visitors that are coming in for the event!

How exciting! I bet you will do wonderfully. What hospital? Surgeon? If I missed you on the train before sorry. I don't always get on. I can't wait to see you on the losers bench soon.

Well WELCOME then! The people on here are great- a lifesaver for me for sure. We have support groups all over the area. The one we go to is at the Rise and Shine in FW next Saturday- right before your surgery. We are having a dinner tonight at Joes Crab Shack in Grapevine if you are interested. Hope to see you sometime soon!

Thanks!  I think I will definitely skip Joes Crab Shack this time since I am trying my best not to remind myself that I can't eat!  But, thanks for the offer maybe next time!

What time is the support group meeting?  I'm probably not going to be able to make it as I have a couple of appointments that morning (trying to get in everything I need to do before the surg) and family coming in that night.  I'm guessing it's in the morning which would rule me out for sure.  But let me know and maybe it might work.

It is in the morning- 9:30. It's every other Sat and it's a restaurant off I-20 and McCart in southwest Fort Worth.
