Good morning. My whohoo is that it is the last Wednesday I'll have to go to wor****il almost mid-August. Big whohoo!

Next to last regular work day for me...yeah...we are having a breakfast, then interviewing a diagnostician, then having a meeting for an hour or two.

Prayers for the King and Jodie and all others who need them.

My Woo Hoo for today is the weight gain that I had expericenced over the last couple of years is finally coming off. That is a accomplishment at almost 5 yrs. post op.

thanks girl.. now i have a long way to go.. but... i put on my larger pair of yoga pants to run errands and they were like 'low rise' fit but not really lol. Weird!
Now.. on to the rest of the extra. OYE!
