My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake or Click
Chef salad w/ low calorie dressing for lunch
Haven't picked out dinner yet...probably protein and sauteed squash
I'm going to the park in a few minutes to walk 2.5 miles before Hurricane Alex rains appear.

I have "grouch pouch" this morning, so going to keep things pretty simple-at least during the day
B: Click..yes, I know caffiene and chocolate irritate the pouch..but it's better than tequila and alot cheaper
