WOOOHOOOO Wednesday WLS Express

Good afternoon all!!  My woohoo today is that I got to hear little Natalie's heart beat again.  Woohoo!  Per the doc "she sounds very happy".  LOL, next week I'll get to see her again, so I'll post a new pic (if it turns out good).  We're gearing up for her arrival.  Have plans set for the nursery, bought fabric for the curtains and my MIL is making a cute Dr. Seuss quilt for us.  We've got classes at the hospital starting in a couple of weeks, so the next couple of months is going to be busy.  But I'm working hard on enjoying the time now instead of just focusing on the future.

My weight is up more, but the doc isn't concerned at all and said that if seeing the scale bothers me I shouldn't look at it and just let her worry when/if it gets to that point.  I am taking comfort in the fact that my clothing sizes haven't changed dramatically, so the weight really is baby related and not me stuffing my face.  In fact, I wore the same 4th of July t-shirt this weekend that I wore last year.  So, I'm using that type of thinking to get away from the evil scale determining my attitude.

Off to do more work projects.  Lots to do, and I'm very happy for the challenge and work.

Debbie....I love the name Natalie! I somehow missed the announcement...girls rock!

Today is just yucky. Cloudy and steamy and just enough of a drizzle rain to keep it that way. Looks like I'll be walking on the treadmill or going to the mall to get my exercise in today. Why does having a heat stroke effect you so many years later?!?! This sticky heat makes me queazy and headachy, just before I start throwing up!

I've got some do rag ordes to finish so I better get to it. Prayers to all who need them....
