 How did your weekend go?  Mine wasn't too bad overall.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 120 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins or Click drink
chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch
lobster/crab ravioli for dinner
going to walk/run in an hr.

 I went back last night and added my fitday log to yesterday's post ... I will do the same today.  It's just too hard on vacation to predict what I might eat... However, I am logging my food on fitday during the day so I can keep track of what I'm eating.  Yesterday I went to the gym with my SIL and did 5 miles on the treadmill so it was a good day.
