Just know getting home from work....yep cant take tomorrow off and leave things laying on my desk;...LOL
Breakfast; oatmeal
Lunch-I did not eat, no time...I again was left alone..
3:30 McDonalds cheeseburger (my son had a doctors appt)
7:30 a T-spoon of Meatloaf, and a scoop of green bean casserole...
10:00 orange...
Oh and this was one of those days that I can say....NO LIQUIDS!!!!!
I'm done, gotta get things packed up for this coming weekend....

I gotta think about how i did yesterday it was a blur!
B-water then EAS carb control mint java chip thingie i make
L- chicken tortilla soup and popcorn
S- new whey protein shot, crystal light, emergen-c and almonds
D- i wanted to eat my beef burrito but the hubs had a bad day so he wanted an alcoholic beverage so we went to pappadeaux. i had a cup of lobster bisque, a few bites of seafood fondeaux, 6 pieces of calamari, and a piece of alligator. I even managed a few bites of bread.
Exercise was good. I had spent about 2 hrs @ the YMCA. Had a fitlinxx appointment on how to properly do the weight machines. Did that and 30 mins on elliptical.
