Yeah... the week is almost behind us!!!  How did everyone do today?

Stayed on plan for meals just more snacking then normal.

B: Ham and cheese omelet/ toast with SF jelly  - Yes
L: Tilapia / pasta with mixed veggies - Yes
D: Steak / mix veggies / mashed potatoes - Yes plus 1/2 roll
S: Frozen banana slices / ???????/  - Cheese Nips /6 Nilla Waffers / Bite of banana pudding
will probably have a small snack before bed
64 oz of water - only at 32 oz hope to get to 48oz before I go to bed
