Today and tomorrow I'll be eating lunch out with friends, so will have to be extra careful. I will probably have a Greek salad today but I'm sure there will be hummus and pita chips involved.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Salad sounds great and the hummus is not bad, it's those pita chips that get me.
