December Accountability Thursday

Good morning!  Lots to do today... of course several last minute errands to do!!  I will be so glad to see January!  I feel like things won't be back to normal until then.... I like my routines!

Plan:
SF apple cider
My Fit Foods muffin
Chili
My Fit Foods Salmon and veggies
Snacks... going to try and stay away from those today!!

Our internet schedules didn't jive yesterday.  I never got back on after getting on yesterday morning early.  Snacking sucked big time!
Will make huge effort to keep my hands out of the snacks.

Today's plan:
protein coffee
120+ oz. liquids
chef salad for lunch
turkey, potatoes and shrimp balls for dinner since salad is for lunch.

I don't cook potatoes often nowdays, so they are a treat when I do!

exercise is cleaning house.

Have a frugal food day!

S: Banana / 100 cal snack

Afternoon ladies!!

B: protein shake
L: 2 raw oysters, 3 crackers, 1 fried shrimp, cup of gumbo(lunch with hubs)
D: have no idea, probably Mexican and foreseeing a margarita in my very near future!
