L: taking leftover pot roast again but could easily be persuaded to go to lunch...lol

B: protein coffee
120+ oz. liquids (decaf coffee, tea, and water)
L: 3-4 oz. grilled salmon & roasted veggies
D: leftover chicken spaghetti unless Ben wants to cook
S: cottage cheese or light yogurt and a few prunes if I can find where I put them.

Exercise: going to climb on elliptical in a few minutes, plus lots of housework

Already downed all vits/supplements but calcium

plan for the day is to stay in the dark and quiet and hope thmigraine goes away. medicated and work called better call mo so she doesn't call work and reak when she finds im niot there.
