January Accountability Wednesday
Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill (depends on what time I get home tonight)
B: Click
L: soup (not sure what kind yet)
D: tilapia and sweet potato fries
Snacks: Believe RTD??, Swiss Miss 100 cal bar, maybe a few vanilla waffers

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Here is my plan for today:
B: protein latte...yes
120+ oz. liquids (water, broth, tea, decaf coffee)...yes
L: chili...yes
D: flounder or tilapia and veggies...yes
S: last of my apple crisp
already took vits/supplements but calcium...all done now
Did 200 crunches and will go to zumba after work...did the crunches and 15 minutes on elliptical since I ended up with the new baby at the hospital during Zumba class.

I've been "off-track." I woke up this morning and thought....... "What the heck! This is just making me feel worse." ---- So I got out of bed early today, on the treadmill, OA meeting, and posting. SUPPORT MUST EQUAL MY STRESS....otherwise, my old Lisa thinking/behaviors start sneaking back in.
Today's Plan:

- OA Meeting
- Exercise
- Healthy food choices/Planned Eating
- All my vitamins
- Lots and lots of water
- Tea Party w/ Ms. Vivian
- Rest

Hello everyone !!
Todays plan for me is:
B: Coffee with splenda and creamer.........I had to carrots.......I totally missed breakfast this am.
L: turkey & cheese, celery sticks with low fat ranch dressing w/cheese (kraft)
S: Atkins Shake.........cuz I probably will need one today !!
D: Not sure....probably celery and peanut butter, apples and cheese and pb....(whatever is left from lunch).:
Hoping to get in some walking today too. Trying to strenghthen my knee b4 March 12th !!
