January Accountability Saturday

Good morning!! Brrrrrrrrrrrr!!  Another cold morning.... Got all my grocery shopping done last night (Sams, Costco, and Walmart) so now I will be cooking up a few new recipes today!!  So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: 3-5 miles on the treadmill
B: Click or Starbucks (I have a free coupon)
L: chicken enchilada soup
D: Tijuana pie
Snacks: Frozen coconut bar, BBQ rice chips

Good morning. It is cold outside. Limo was totally on his own this morning because i wasn't going out there in my jammies! looked like frost was all over.

My plan for today:

120+ oz. liquids...at 104 oz. have 16 more to go
B: protein latte...yes
L: chef salad w/ ff no calorie dressing...yes
D: beef enchilada soup or tijuana pie...will do Tijuana pie
S: protein something (cottage cheese, yogurt, ricotta) w/ fruit maybe...haven't decided which one yet.

Going for a long walk/run at the park for exercise...got in 3 miles
vits/supplements downed but calcium...all done including calcium

Good morning ladies!  Just got back from walking the doggies and it feels pretty good with the sun beaming down!  Of course, I was in 3 layers but still felt good!

B: sipping on a Max Proten chocolate mixed with Click protein shake
L: probably stop at Smoothie King for a Gladiator shake(got a dentist appt at 11:30 to get two crowns so I probably won't be up to chewing anything for a while.
D: Meat!!!!  Lot's of meat...lol!  I'm a meat and tater kind of gal and all these shakes aren't going to cut it!  Thinking about going out to McCormick & Schmidt's for a date night!

Good Evening Gals,

I was on OH this morning, but everyone with any sense was still sleeping.  It was sooooo cold this morning, but I could not sleep, so I made good use of my time with a brisk 45 min. walk on my treadmill.

Had a decent day, food-wise, took my vitamins and even managed to squeeze in a 20 minute bike ride too.  It was great.  I forgot how much fun riding a "real" bike was.

It's 6:30pm, now and it's catching up to me.  Tried to take a nap, but mind is racing.  I might consider taking a sleep aid to get some much needed snooze time.  I KNOW that when I do too much, I put myself in danger of evening grazing.
