Daily Plate Sunday

Good morning!!!  Getting a late start this morning!!  I decided to change the name to Daily Plate... if I haven't posted yet in the mornings then anyone please feel free to get us going!!  I did a ton of cooking yesterday.... and probably have enough lunches in the freezer for a month or two!!!  So what's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Plan:
Exercise: Treadmill 3-5 miles
B: Click in my favorite mug!!!!
L: Chicken Enchilada soup
D: Teriaki chicken and 2oz sweet pot fries
snacks: coconut bar, BBQ popchips, Sonic rt44

Good morning Paige!  Getting ready to eat breakfast and off to the movies at 11 to see Little Fockers.  Hubs wants to hurry back to watch football this afternoon.

L: protein shake
S: orange
D: taco night

Hola Amigas,

I'm getting a late start today as well.  Slept well last night and stayed in bed till after 7:30 am this morning, so that was nice.  

Today's Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Take all my vitamins
- Lots & Lots of Water
- Health food choices
- Play time w/ Ms. Vivian (maybe some bike riding around the block)
- R & R

Hello, I had to work a couple hours this morning so getting a late start

I have had breakfast already but don't have a clue about lunch and dinner


B: Egg, Bacon and biscuit with spray butter and SF syrup
Lunch and Dinner - Make good food choices
Be mindful of snacking

L: chef salad w/ ff, no calorie dressing

did elliptical and crunches and took all my vits/supplements today

It looks like we've cut down to one post, instead of 2 separate ones?  I like the Daily Plate...here and thedailyplate.com :) I didn't really plan today other than to keep an eye on what choices I do make.  I wouldn't have had a pancake this a.m., except hubby cooked them.

B- turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, 1 pancake w sf syrup
L- Click - Hot Mocha
D- Hardest part to plan for.  Birthday dinner with friends at the Keg.  So glad I checked out their website for calories and fat content.  All their items are really high! (less than 1/2 prime rib, baked potato and mixed veggies....plenty left for dinner tomorrow)
Snack- 5 Aldi's Caramel popcorn crisps and Click
