WOO HOO Wednesday WLS Express
Good morning! So glad to see a few more people hopping on the train with the rest of us who've been lonely on here most days...keep it up!
My woohoo is taking off 22 lbs. since October since joining the regain board and having to get rid of a lot of pants that are getting too big. I love it.
I have a lot of paperwork to do today. This week is full of paperwork, so have to hit it hard again today. I have lots of catching up to do after being out 4 days for 2 different conferences last week. If they'd quit adding meetings to what I have to do it would help. It seems everyday I get another one to do because someone is getting in trouble or something to cause me to do one.
Going to the park for a walk and run on the way home from work today since it's a nice day.

I bet you will have a lot of people put in for it. I use to clean houses. It is good money. Hell, if gas wasn't so high, I would have you interview me. LOL
Their talking about doing a furlough on us at my job! People say they don't care if the Government shuts down. Well, they would feel different if we let go of some of these nice individuals here and they go live next door to you. When the government shut down in 1995, it wasn't a true shut down. I still came to work. We have a no walk off clause. It took us months to get our checks. .. OK.. I'm done. :)

Can't believe I forgot to post!! My woo hoo is I have learned to use an iphone and am a texting goddess!! Not weightloss related, but it is a lifestyle change!! Weight is in my upperechelon so I even exercised today!! Hey that is a woo hoo! I am starting to use the recumbent bike. Will do 10 min every morning and increase my time by 5 min every week or so! Sounds like so little but I figure I neeed to workb my way up the time scale!Miss our music gal Karen too!!
