Hey Everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well.  How is everybody doing in all aspects?

I for one, have failed myself. February is a very difficult for me, it
represents my son's life and death. In any case, I am trying DESPERATELY to get
back on track. I am having a hard time focusing and I truly know that not
having the support group in order doesn't make it any easier to lose weight.
I hail from Dallas and the support group(s) out there were inspirational!
So now to get the Round Rock group to make their own mark!!  It's all about going hand in hand and team work!

I must be accountable for my failure and when I say failure, I gained
approximately 30 lbs. I weighed in today and that just blew me through the
roof! I am going to do some serious re-evaluation and get my rear back on
track!

I got laid off on 3/2/2011. So I am planning to do volunteer work at a local
hospital in the mean time. Perhaps my medical coding & billing will pay off in
the long run while I volunteer. I will have my foot in the door so to say.

What is your plan to stay motivated to lose weight?

What is your weakness and how do you feel you overcome it?

Hope to hear from you soon!!

Forgive me all of you for being MIA!

Blessings,
Nina

Thank you LIsa!  Slowly but surely I will shed what I've gained.  I know it's not the end of the world but no one likes having a bothersome stone in their shoe!

Blessings,

Nina

Nina....I am SO sorry my friend that I did not contact you to let you know that I did think of you and your precious Chito around Valentine's day.   Please don't be too hard on yourself.   That is one thing that we are all good at doing.   I think of you really often.   Know you are loved and you can come to OH and it's message boards anytime for support.   I am not on this particular message board alot anymore but I have not left OH.   You can PM me anytime for support.    You will get the weight off I just know it.    Stress can keep you from losing weight and sometimes I think it can lead to a gain also.   Praying for you my sweet friend.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Nina,

You are not the only one who has been MIA. I have been gone a while from the messageboard myself. You know of my recent hernia surgery. I have also been very busy at work especially after the Japan earthquake and tsunami. Plus, I am still working hard to get my MBA. I also recently become part of a special needs children baseball league in Hutto. MY sone is part of the league so I have a invested interest on making it a success. So, I have been very busy assisting my wife who is also part of the organization. I created the league logo while recovering from surgery. I have been lucky I have remained focus and on task with my weightloss plan. I am at the high end of my goal and now I will be geeting even more exercise now that soccer has started  and the baseball league with my children. Remain true to yourself take the actions you know you need to take, which is getting back to basics.  I am sure you will be successful after all you took the first step and admitted that you have lost your way and are trying to get back on your path. Please take care of yourselfand remember that your OH family loves you and are here to help you.

((((NINA)))))--What a joy to open the computer and see your smiling face this morning!!!! I think of of you-your number is right above my blood sister's number in my phone, so when I'm scrolling down, there you ARE! I'm often tempted to call you, but am afraid your number may have chnage after all this time.

I don't normally do work in Plano, but last week I was filling in for another nurse, and found myself in the area near where we said said goodbye to your sweet son. Reminders of you just keep popping up. This CANNOT be a "coincidence". It was meant for you to come back into by life at this time.

30 lbs is nothing, in the overall picture of your journey. I know it seems like 3 HUNDRED right now, but it's only THIRTY, and you can whip it. I will help you any way I can. I don't have to tell you WHAT to do-you know the "rules"-the basics still hold true, and are still the BEST. Have you a fill lately?

We're here for you.I could NEVER EVER NEVER have lost my regain without the support of my TMB family-and that certainly included YOU!!
