Good morning!  Wow the weekend just flew by!!!  I hope this week goes by just  as fast!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Plan:
Exercise: treadmill or park tonight
B: Oh yeah RTD or 4 mini quiche bites
L: Chicken Enchilada soup
D: fish and sweet potato fries
S: ww ice cream cone

Heres my plan for today:

120 + oz liquids
B protein latte
S click half serving
L Italian beef tortellini soup
D Asian chicken stir fry
S Greek yogurt something

Already exercised. May do more if I feel like it after work
Took vits and supplements except calcium

L: chicken salad sandwich / chips
D: Steak / veggie / potatoes
S: Frozen banana slices / ????
64 oz of water
15 minute segment on exercise dvd
