Good morning. I felt back in control yesterday, even though the day before wasn't too bad. I was back down to my low point this week, so that is good.
Here is my plan:
100+ oz. Liquids
B protein latte
L cream of Poblano with chicken
D quinoa with chicken
S yogurt
Already did elliptical.
Took vits and supplements but calcium.

It's Friday & I couldn't be happier. Made it to The Y this morning and already had my protein shake for b'fast. Got on the scale this morning and the number looks better. -- Just have to "keep it up."

- Up water intake & track it
- Healthy / Planned Eating
- Prep for picnic / blue bonnet trip
