Good morning!!  Taking today off from work... my excuse the kids get out of school at 11:00!!!  Never been more thankful for "Holy Thursday"!!!  Could not have come at a better time!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one.

Plan:  Elliptical or treadmill
B: protein shake
L: cream of poblano soup
D: fish and veggie
Snacks:  BB fruit bar

Already did elliptical and am taking votes and supplements

B protein latte
S Atkins shake
L chef salad with WF dressing
D brisket and beans with a few bites of potato salad
S bite or two of dessert

Liquid goal: 100 oz

Good Morning Ladies,

Short work week for me too. Today is my Friday.  YAY!  

Day's off to a good start.  Already made it to The Y, so that's a plus.

Today's Plan:
- Connection w/ my HP
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Healthy food choices / planned eating
- A movie
