Good morning!  The weekend is here so what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

B: Starbucks Mocha light frap
L:  ???  eating out
D:  chicken and veggie
Snacks: ?

Not much of a plan... company coming into town today so not sure what we will be doing.

Good morning. Here is my plan for the day:

Exercise: 3 mile walk/run at the park

B protein latte
S mc ds sf vanilla iced coffee. ...love buy 1 get 1 free coupons!
L salad w chicken on it and lt dressing
D Mexican casserole and ff decried beans
S cottage cheese w fruit

Took vits and supplements but calcium already

Good Morning, I have a question regarding the caloric/protein intake that you are strieving for each day. I am almost 4 years out, July 2011. I have maintained for the past 3 years and just recently have regained 2-4 lbs. And, I am trying to get focused again on appropriate food intake.

I have seen this post fo some time now and thought about using it to hold myself accountable as well.

For maintenance I try to stay between 1200-1400 cal a day.

I am "special" and malabsorb badley due to wls and then the loss of part of my bowel. I befoe bowel surgery kept between 1100-1300 cal a day I now do 1400-1800 cals. We do a monday morning weigh in you might want to join as well as Paiges daily plate thread to log in your plan for eating.
