Good morning!!!  I hope everyone has had a great start to the week!  So what are your plans today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!

D: BBQ Island Tilapia
Snacks: yogurt, SF pudding, 100cal Swiss Miss bar

Yeah...its posted early enough for me to post. Good morning. Here is my plan:

Rode bike already. Time is short these summer mornings, so I'm able to post while riding the bike so it's what I choose.

B protein latte
S mcD's sf vanilla iced coffee
L unsure...eating out...hope chicken salad
D oriental chicken/ cabbage stir fry
S Greek yogurt or skinny cow bar

L: Tilapia or Chicken Breast  / veggie
D: Pork loin / veggie / mashed potatoes
S: Banana / 100 - 200 cal snack of some sort
64 oz of water
Exercise; DVD or swim

 Morning Paige,

Yep...it is me here today.   I am starting the 17 day diet today and I am going to try to come here everyday.   Haven't totally decided what I will eat today but I AM going to make good,  healthy choices.

 Ok....here i am to check in.  

Breakfast.....scrambled egg with mushrooms, bell pepper and onion

Snack.....carbmaster yogurt

Lunch......salad with grilled chicken

Snack......pear

Dinner.....grilled fish and brussel sprouts
