Good morning!!!  The weekend is almost here and it's looking to be a busy one!!!!  Hopefully ending with a LONG road trip to Arizona on Sunday!!!  So what are your plans for today?  Remember the choice is your so make it a good one!

Plan:
B:  Believe RTD
L:  going to eat Indian food
D: Tilapia and veggie
Snacks:  WW ice cream bar

 Hi Paige and other Plate Pals.

Paige, have a great time in Arizona.  Husband's family is from there so we trip out to the Phoenix area as often as we can.  It is a long drive for sure!  Have a safe and fun trip and HYDRATE.  Its crazy hot out there right now.

Today's plan is 'the same"...I'm such a boring eater 
B: Protein shake
L: Protein shake
D: Its a pot luck "buffet" at the pool party.  I'm prepared to skim and come home for some cottage cheese if necessary
Snacks shall be a slice of protein cake I will finally make and some fresh veggies.

L: Tilapia / potatoes
D: Out - probably chicken something
S: 100 cal pack
64 oz of water

Good Morning All,

Stayed up too late and I am tired.  This always makes me want to comfort.  I'm stumbling to stay on track with my meal plan today, and I think it's due to lack of sleep.  Being tired makes me nuts.

Anyhow.... 

Today's Master plan:
- Prayer & Meditation
- Get back on track w/ meal plan
- Vitamins
- 4 bottles of water +
- A nap
