I buy most of my fish already seasoned....so I'm probably not the one to ask!  Orange rouge though is a good fish!  It's not real fishy!!!!  My dad use to make it just by putting some butter and herbs on it before you stick it in the oven.

 This is a really nice glaze I put together for baked fish

1 1/2 Tbsp mayo
1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
3/4 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp olive oil
1 clove minced garlic

Whisk together mayo and balsami****il smooth.  Combine all other files until thoroughly mixed.  Spoon over fish fillets (top and sides) and bake skin side down at 375 until fish flakes easily with fork.

Thanks I think I have all the ingredients. I'm sauteeing clams today with butter, basil and roasted red pepper. Eating it with a little pasta. Hope it comes out good.

Good evening ladies!

B: protein shake
L: lubys- few bites of turkey/mushroom loaf, fried fish, bacon cheese Salisbury steak, spinach, okra(took my mom and had no idea it was a buffet so we kinda sampled each others plate).
D: chips/salsa & 1/2 a margarita!
